Experience an evening of exceptional flavours and fine wines at the Deck Wine Dinner. Guests will enjoy a four-course alternate drop menu, with each dish expertly paired with hand-selected wines.
The night begins with indulgent nibbles, including sticky soya caramel pork belly and creamy truffle chicken bites. Entrées feature dishes such as sugar-cured Atlantic salmon with dill and grilled lime alongside deboned roasted quail with verjuice butter and witlof salad. Mains include highlights like mustard-roasted lamb rack and the luxurious Kimberley Red Eye Wagyu eye fillet, perfectly complemented by seasonal accompaniments. The dinner concludes with a decadent dark chocolate and date cake, finished with mascarpone and berries.
